Well, it took long enough but after 4 years of sporadic work schedules and acheived milestones my first complete mod was finalized. The learning process that is involved with developing your first modification is very eye-opening to say the least. Needless to say I back up EVERYTHING now, due to having to re-write complex algorithms and menu systems multiple times. The finalization process is always hectic as well, especially when you are doing the whole thing by yourself. All in all, I have always considered this my first big game design accomplishment. The game was fun to play, had a dynamic cast of soldier types to choose from, and provided weaknesses and strengths for each of them.
